Belkin's online store is having a seriously awesome sale this month - EVERYTHING 50% off. How can you beat that? One problem I noticed was that the site has been awfully slow since the announcement, but if you can access it - I'd say it's worth your time.

Echofiapp is supposed to help you out with finding new songs that are "relevant" to your tastes. You just have to enter an artist or song of your liking, and watch as Spotify updates with a similar flavor. Problem #1? I typed in "Lady Gaga" and received the "this song is not available in the US" warning. Problem #2? Why are you giving me songs that I can't listen to yet? Problem #3? Spotify wants me to pay $10 a month to stream my songs to my iPhone.

No thanks, I'll stick with iTunes.

A year later ..

It's clear that I am not very good about updating my blog that often, but I think I may have found an answer. Every day at work I am reading about new and exciting technological changes happening - and I need a place to share all of my findings. Granted Facebook and Twitter both work, but who wants their News Feed clogged with articles, and, honestly, who actually follows me on Twitter?

With that being said, Netflix has announced a change in their DVD service - the branded name. No longer "Netflix", Qwikster will be the DVD-by-mail service, while streaming will remain under the Netflix brand. Mr. Netflix CEOman - good luck with this one .. you have people running for the hills from your service, this probably won't bring them back.

Hulu+ anyone?
